Thomas is a Legal Director in our commercial dispute resolution team, where he leads on complex and reputationally sensitive disputes, around half of which are international.

He has niche expertise in technology and media disputes. This includes licensing and development disputes in the IT sphere and also reputation management, including defamation litigation in all media.

Beyond that, Thomas’ experience covers disputes arising from commercial contracts, fraud, shareholder issues and defending public interest winding-up petitions. He is proficient in all dispute resolution techniques, including arbitration, litigation and mediation, as well as the use of supportive proceedings in other jurisdictions.
