Scott is a Senior Associate in our human resources practice group, specialising in pensions. Scott advises both trustees and employers on the full range of pensions issues. Scott’s recent work has included advising on restructuring arrangements including scheme mergers, assisting with the pensions aspects of corporate transactions and undertaking a secondment to an in-house pensions team. Scott also has experience in relation to all types of defined contribution pension arrangements, including ongoing governance. Scott is an associate member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and a committee member of the North West Pension and Lifetime Savings Association.
