Richard Lloyd is a partner in our National Planning and Consenting Team, specialising in all areas of planning, compulsory purchase and highways law. He has a particular specialism in major regeneration schemes involving site assembly, and has a caseload of large residential and mixed-use developments. His recent experience has included advising a client on a large cross-funding residential scheme in the green belt; successfully resisting out of town retail and leisure development at a public inquiry; promoting strategic residential developments including a garden village, and advising on various tall building developments in Manchester, London and Birmingham.
