Edward Moss is a Senior Associate in our Insurance and Reinsurance group. He advises insurers, insurance intermediaries, other financial services firms and businesses outside the financial sector on insurance issues, including the distribution of products and regulatory issues. He has also assisted with regulatory investigations in relation to conduct of business issues and claims handling. Edward also has significant experience of advising on contentious matters including insurance coverage disputes on a variety of lines of business including trade credit, construction all risks, business interruption and restrictive covenant indemnity. He also advising on disputes arising out of insurance agreements, namely binding authority agreements and claims handling agreements.
