Johanna is an Associate in our Commercial group and specialises in EU Public Procurement and Local Government law.

Johanna provides procurement advice on EU-compliant tendering processes to public sector clients using different procurement procedures. She also has experience in preparing and reviewing procurement documentation, including pre-qualification questionnaires and invitations to tender.

Johanna also advises on local government issues, such as vires, shared services partnerships and the availability and exercise of local authority powers. Johanna assists local government bodies in drafting general contracts and collaboration agreements.
