Anna is an associate in our Real Estate Litigation team based in the Leeds office.

Anna has experience of advising clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious property matters. Anna’s contentious experience includes;

• work on lease renewals when acting for both landlords and tenants; 
• adverse possession claims; 
• boundary and easement disputes; 
• professional negligence claims; 
• recovery of rent arrears; 
• dilapidations claims and village green applications.

In addition, Anna has experience acting for the landlord in residential possession proceedings.

Anna’s clients have included corporate occupiers, housing associations, developers and investors as well as individual landowners.
