Peter heads our Leeds Commercial team and has substantial experience of commercial contracting, including outsourcing, JVs, supply and distribution, across a range of sectors. Recent experience includes advising: HSBC on various global outsourcings, including in relation to facilities management and capital projects; American Express on the renewal of its Co-Brand Agreement with British Airways as well as advising upon numerous other credit card and insurance affinity and white label arrangements for multiple clients; a provider of corporate travel services upon the globalisation of its terms and conditions; a building society on the outsourcing of its procurement function; NEST upon various matters in relation to its scheme administration arrangements; the DfT on rail franchising issues including leading most recently leading the team which succesfully delivered the new Essex Thameside franchise; and on a wide range of other commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, merchant acquiring, wealth management, payment facilitation, drafting template documentation and general commercial contracts. Peter is noted in Chambers as being "great value" and "really understands the job and just gets on with it".
