Sarah is a Principal Associate in the Corporate group based in the Leeds office, and specialises in all aspects of corporate finance work for regional, national and international clients. She has particular expertise in advising on acquisitions and disposals for both public and private companies, particularly those having an international element. Sarah also has experience in advising public companies on equity capital markets transactions.

Recent transactions include advice to the shareholders on the sale of a food and beverages manufacturer, advising the shareholders of a University Spin Out company on the sale to a major oil and gas services company, the 2013 rights issue undertaken by Coalfield Resources Plc and the sale of non-core divisions by a private equity backed interiors business. Sarah’s other clients include Parker Hannifin Plc, WYG Plc, Rhapsody International Inc and Coinstar Inc.

Sarah has also undertaken a recent secondment to a major financial institution.
