David is a Partner in our Corporate practice. He has particular expertise in UK and international M&A and private equity transactions. David also has substantial experience of multinational reorganisations. David has completed deals for Broadstone, Sodexo SA, DFS Furniture plc, Raisio plc, SimplyBiz and Greencore Group plc. David's private equity experience includes acting for Euro Garages on a £1.3 billion investment involving TDR Capital, Inflexion on its disposal of Ideal Shopping to Blackstone, Elysian Capital on the buyouts of the Volvox Group, Axis Well Technology and Sambro International and Baird Capital on its buyout of CAV Ice Protection/CAV Advanced Technologies.
