Sue leads the major corporates group in Newcastle and has significant experience of both project management and landlord and tenant issues. She specialises in all types of occupier real estate work, including acquisitions, sale and leasebacks, disposals and support for major corporate transactions.

Her recent experience includes:

• acting for BOSiF in its £800m acquisition of Keepmoat plc, a residential development company
• Cardinal Health Inc a US firm, providing international real estate project management support
• SPX Corporation a US Fortune 500 firm on the purchase of Invensys plc's APV business, a global supplier of process engineering solutions (deal valued at £250m).
