Kathryn focuses mainly on bank advisory work within the leveraged and corporate banking market but also specialises in advising vendors and purchasers of mortgage book portfolios. She advises banks and other financial institutions on their involvement in the leveraged finance market (management buy outs, management buy ins, institutional buy outs) as well as other areas of structured finance, including large property investment and development finance, where she also advises mezzanine and equity investors. Kathryn has also regularly advised building societies and mortgage originators on their purchase and disposal of residential and non residential mortgage book portfolios.

Kathryn is listed in the Legal Experts Directory in relation to Housing Association Finance and Chambers and Legal 500 as a rated individual.
