Sophie is a principal associate in our real estate group. She advises on a broad range of real estate work including high value acquisitions and disposals, investment and portfolio management and store roll outs for international retailers.

Sophie has been the key client contact for several investor clients leading the team of lawyers to provide asset management support for industrial estates, shopping centres and offices.

Her recent experience includes: acting on a £100m care home acquisition comprising 24 assets across the Midlands and the North of England; acting for several national retailers with their store acquisitions; acting on a finance facility comprising over 300 properties.
