Simon is a Partner within our Real Estate Practice Group and the Wellbeing Partner for the Leeds office. Simon focuses on real estate investment and development. He has substantial experience advising institutional clients, plc property companies and developers on acquisitions/disposals, development, landlord and tenant transactions and asset management work relating to many asset classes. Examples include: acting for an institutional investor on the acquisition of several key retail assets throughout the UK and on the disposal of a multi-let office and retail building in London to two buyers through a linked conditional sale, acting for a leading plc regeneration property company on the real estate aspects of the acquisition of a member share in an LLP which owns a major strategic development site and
acting for a major retail property company on the redevelopment and disposal of a shopping centre.
