Kate is an principal associate in our Human Resources Group. She specialises in both pensions and employment law and her experience across both disciplines provides a unique insight into the interface between the two subjects.

She specialises in all aspects of employment law with a special interest in tribunal litigation, discrimination and advising on changes to employment contracts (particularly when associated with pension scheme changes) and subsequent consultation obligations.

Kate also provides general pensions advice to both companies and trustees, including advice on scheme mergers, the pension aspects of TUPE, age discrimination and scheme change.

Kate is also our international contact within the HRG team and regularly works with our international colleagues on major projects.
