Keith is the Practice Group Head for Company Commercial globally, and is a member of the firm’s Executive, International Strategy Group and Senior Management Team. He is also the Senior Management Team member responsible for Latin America.

Keith also leads Eversheds’ Corporate and M&A team and specialises in M&A, stock exchange and takeover related work together with general corporate and governance advice. Keith has over 20 years’ experience in international M&A and acts for a variety of private and listed company clients. Recent transactions include the £494m takeover of Daisy Group plc.

Keith joined Eversheds in 1993 and held a number of leadership positions prior to his current roles.

Keith is described by Chambers and Partners as a "proactive and personable lawyer who gets straight to the heart of the matter easily".
