Patricia is a senior associate in our Human Resources Practice Group, specialising in pensions.

Patricia carries out a wide variety of pensions work for both private and public sector clients. 

She has significant expertise across a large number of public sector pension schemes, including LGPS, NHSPS and TPS, with particular experience in relation to public sector outsourcing, PPP/PFI projects, housing stock transfers and conversion to Academy / foundation trust status by schools.

In the private sector, she advises trustees and employers on a wide range of issues, including scheme winding-up, bulk buyouts, scheme funding, trustees' powers and duties, changes to benefit structures, and employment-related pensions issues such as age, sex and disability discrimination, pensions issues on TUPE transfers, and statutory and contractual requirements to consult with employees over changes to pension provision. She also has considerable experience of industry-wide schemes such as the Social Housing Pension Scheme.

Patricia is a member of the Association of Pensions Lawyers, and is ranked as a leading individual in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
