Helena is a Principal Associate in our employment team and, since qualifying in 2007, has worked principally within the education team advising Academies, Colleges and Universities.

Helena advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters including dismissal, grievances, discrimination, redundancy, managing absence, contracts and policies, and TUPE. She handles complex employment tribunal matters and conducts her own advocacy. Helena has also advised on the employment aspects of college mergers and transfers within the Academy sector.

Helena also works within our student team advising clients on student issues including admissions, exclusions and SEN issues.

Helena delivers training to education clients on a wide range of sector specific subjects.
