Transactions which Alison has led includes: Tyman plc on its US$ 200m acquisition of Truth Hardware, its open offer and debt fundraising and move to the main market; EMIS on its £80m acquisition of Ascribe and its related fundraising; Communisis plc on its class 1 transactions and open offer; Yule Catto on its €443m class 1 acquisition and related rights issue and debt financing; Hardys and Hanson plc on its £280m public takeover by Greene King and Turner & Townsend plc on its pre-IPO reorganisation and £220m proposed IPO to the main market. Alison also provides her plc clients with board training where requested and listing rule advice.
