David is a principal associate in our corporate tax group. He undertakes a broad range of tax work specialising primarily in corporate and employment related taxes.

David's corporate tax experience includes advising on the tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations and on tax efficient commercial operations including tax efficient joint ventures and cross-border structures. David also advises on tax efficient repatriation and financing structures. David's employment tax experience includes advising on all PAYE and national insurance related matters including the tax treatment of remuneration packages and termination payments, PAYE compliance, international employment related matters and tax efficient flexible benefit arrangements. David also advises on pension tax matters.

David is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and is a recognised individual in the most recent edition of Legal 500 where David is described as "outstanding, … well informed, and up to date with best practice and the law".
