Louise is a Partner in our Employment, Labor and Pensions Group specialising in UK employment and immigration law. Louise has particular experience in advising on the employment aspects of commercial transactions and providing strategic advice in connection with reorganisations and TUPE transfers, both domestic and international. Louise advises a number of global clients on UK employment law as well as project managing multi-jurisdictional projects. Recent experience includes advising: a US industrials sector client on the employment aspects of a cross border business disposal with colleagues from 25 different jurisdictions, a European energy sector client on a multi-jurisdictional TUPE transfer and a UK consumer sector client on collective redundancy consultation. Louise is also part of the national immigration law team working closely with clients on global mobility issues. Recent experience includes: advising a US based client on its application for a sponsor licence for its UK business and project managing global immigration advice for a US based client looking to move key employees around the globe.
