Amanda is a partner in our corporate group and specialises in advising large listed and privately owned businesses on M&A transactions.
Amanda has particular experience of advising on cross-border transactions for international clients. Amanda holds trusted adviser status with many of her clients based on her deep understanding of their businesses. The strong relationships she builds with her clients enables her to provide very effective and focussed advice on transactions.
Transactions which Amanda has advised on include:
| Advising Rolls-Royce plc on the carve-out aspects of the sale of its commercial marine business to Kongsberg Gruppen ASA;
| Acting for DFS Furniture plc on its acquisition of Sofology Limited; and
