Deborah is a Principal Associate in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team. She has over 10 years’ experience of resolving a wide range of high-value and strategically important commercial disputes for large national and international clients across a number of sectors, with particular proficiency in corporate disputes, including post-M&A disputes, shareholder disputes, breach of confidence and breach of restrictive covenant claims. She has significant experience of High Court proceedings, including obtaining or resisting urgent injunctions, but is also able to assist clients to resolve their disputes without recourse to the Courts, through negotiation and mediation.
