Eddy is a senior associate in our EHS group. He specialises in Environment, Health and Safety matters, including contentious investigations and prosecutions, non-contentious compliance advice and the provision of corporate training on safety management systems and legal duties.
His recent experience includes: acting for a German car manufacturer prosecuted by HSE under the COSHH Regulations; advising a rail duty-holder investigated by the ORR under the CDM Regulations for alleged breaches in a trench collapse incident; and representing a popcorn manufacturer against an allegation and product recall relating to product allergen labelling.
He has written articles on regulatory compliance regimes and presents to corporate audiences on the same.
