Catherine Detalle is a M&A Partner in the Paris office of Eversheds Sutherland and Head of the Corporate Department in France. Her practice focuses on complex international mergers and acquisitions, representing corporate buyers and sellers in a wide variety of strategic transactions. Catherine is also the Consumer Sector Head at Eversheds Sutherland (International). Her experience in corporate law encompasses joint-ventures, stock exchange-related transactions and general corporate advice. Catherine advises French and international clients from various sectors, notably consumer goods, industrials and technology.
Member of the Paris Bar, Catherine holds a post-graduate Law Degree from La Sorbonne and from the University of Westminster (London). Before joining Eversheds Sutherland she was a lawyer at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP.
