Michael specialises in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and investment funds. He has advised on several large acquisitions as well as debt and equity listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and acts for several corporate administrators, listed issuers, collective investment schemes, and investment companies.

Michael was admitted as an Attorney in 2004 and as a Conveyancer in 2008 in South Africa, and is a registered foreign lawyer in Mauritius.
