Muhammad Arif Saeed

Muhammad joined Eversheds in May 2012 and is the lead Partner in the Commercial and Consulting Department in our Riyadh office. He is an expert in all matters relating to mergers & acquisitions, private equity and capital markets.
Over the course of his career Muhammad has handled cases on intellectual and industrial property law matters, legal research and case law analysis on a wide range of legal issues (civil and criminal), drafted legal instruments, pleadings, agreements and gained experience in litigation.
Muhammad is a regular speaker at conferences on the specialist subjects of M&A, Private Equity and Capital Markets, in both the MENA region and internationally. He also regularly features as a contributor to press and leading trade publications on his areas of expertise.
