The energy and natural resources team at Squire Patton Boggs provides a full service offering in legal areas such as venture capital, project finance, tax, IP, energy regulation and M&A. The team is frequently involved in clean tech projects with particular strength in offshore wind as they advise sovereign governments, developers, regulatory authorities and infrastructure funds. Practice head Trevor Ingle has vast experience in joint ventures and private equity while Ian Wood focuses on nuclear energy.
