Career

Marleni is an Associate of BLP in the Guatemala City offices. She specializes in the practice of Intellectual Property, advising national and multinational companies on all aspects related to the registration, protection and defense of their Intellectual Property rights.

Besides overseeing applications for invention patents, utility models, and industrial designs, she has extensive experience in managing brand portfolios throughout the Central American region.

Before joining the BLP team as an Associate in 2020, Marleni developed as an attorney at Palacios & Asociados and Consortium Legal.

Prior to joining BLP, Aaron served as Legal Assistant for Universal Music and Kimberly Clark. After joining the firm as a Legal Assistant in 2016, he was appointed an Associate in 2018.
