Career

Adriana is Director of BLP in the San José office in Costa Rica. She specializes in the practice area of Business Law, in which she advises on different aspects of day to day corporate governance. In addition, Adriana participates in transactions involving national and multinational companies from various industries, such as mergers, acquisitions, sales, and corporate restructuring, carrying out extensive due diligence and drafting reports, as well as the negotiation and preparation of contractual agreements.

She joined the BLP team as an associate in 2015, after having been a legal assistant at BLP, LLMR & T and Integra Abogados.
