Represented Change Healthcare in its recent sale to UnitedHeath Group, Vivint Smart Home in its recent sale to NRG, SiriusXM in numerous matters, including its acquisition of Pandora; Mars across a variety of transactions, including its strategic partnership with KIND; Ingersoll-Rand in a number of transactions, including its sale of its ClubCar business; TransUnion in multiple acquisitions, including its acquisition of Neustar; BMC in its all-stock merger with Builders FirstSource; Blackstone in its advisory business spin-off; Vodafone in sale of its Verizon Wireless investment to Verizon; and Wyeth in its sale to Pfizer.
