Recent transactions include representation of Twenty-First Century Fox in the financing related to the spin-off of its news and sports businesses to Disney and the arrangers in the financing of acquisitions of Red Hat by IBM, Versace by Michael Kors, BTG by Boston Scientific, and Life Technologies and FEI Company by Thermo-Fisher.
