Global Co-Head of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice and Corporate Partner primarily based in the Firm’s New York office. Specializes in public and private M&A and private equity transactions (including leveraged buyouts, strategic combinations, going private transactions and minority investments), securities law issues, corporate governance matters and other corporate matters. Has represented corporate, private equity and other clients in connection with a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions.
Career
Practiced in New York office from 1998-2010 and 2018-present. Lead Firm’s Asia M&A Practice out of Hong Kong office from 2010-2018.
