Position

Anne B. Perry is a partner and former Co-Practice Leader of the Government Contracts, Investigations & International Trade Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.

Career

Ms. Perry concentrates in the areas of Government Contracts law and litigation and is a lecturer and author in the area. Her broad experience in Government Contracts includes, for example: bid protests before the U.S. General Accounting Office, and the United States Court of Federal Claims; complex litigation in connection with the False Claims Act; claims litigation before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, and the General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals. Before entering private practice, Ms. Perry worked for the U.S. General Accounting Office handling bid protests.

The majority of the team is located in Washington DC, including John Chierichella, Anne Perry, Jonathan Aronie and Keith Szeliga, but practice head Bryan Daly is based in Los Angeles. The team successfully defended United Technologies Aerospace Systems (UTAS) in injunctive proceedings brought against it by a competitor, concerning a contract awarded to UTAS to build certain oxygen-generating equipment used on US Navy nuclear submarines. In another matter, the team defended a GSA contract awarded to long-term client WW Grainer.
