Simon Burrows is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice.
Simon has a broad corporate practice, with specialist expertise focused on a wide range of private equity transactions, together with public and private mergers and acquisitions, co-investments and joint ventures. In addition, he also has experience in restructurings, private funds and equity capital markets transactions. Simon regularly advises private equity and captive investors, hedge funds, public and private corporations and senior management teams on a range of complex cross-border transactions.
