Career
Gregory Taylor is an associate in the Litigation practice. His practice focuses on M&A and securities litigation, as well as government enforcement and regulatory actions. He has experience advising large multinational corporations and financial institutions.
Prior to joining Shearman, Greg worked at the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative, where he managed or supported U.S. government grant-funded programs in the Middle East and Latin America to strengthen the rule of law, access to justice, and judicial independence. Greg served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in El Salvador from 2013 to 2015.
