Ms. Pham is counsel in the firm’s Investment Funds practice.
Ms. Pham advises on the formation and operation of private funds, as well as related regulatory issues under the U.S. securities laws, the Investment Company Act, the Advisers Act and the Commodity Exchange Act. She also regularly advises on CFTC and SEC compliance matters, including regulatory registration and exams, and represents fund sponsors and institutional clients seeking to invest capital in hedge or private equity funds.
Ms. Pham has extensive experience representing various parties in complex asset management merger and acquisition transactions as well as secondary portfolio sales and purchases. Her practice also includes advising on regulatory changes under the Dodd-Frank Act, family offices and cross-border issues.
