Gregory Gewirtz is counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice.
Gregory has broad experience advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions, including carve-outs, divestitures, reorganizations, minority investments, joint ventures, and financial advisory assignments.
Gregory’s experience includes a secondment with The Dow Chemical Company’s corporate and financial law department in Midland, Michigan during the first half of 2013, and a rotation to the Hong Kong Mergers & Acquisitions practice from June 2017 to June 2018.
