L’équipe fiscale de Shearman & Sterling LLP traite une gamme variée de dossiers, de manière autonome ou en coordination avec les départements de fusions-acquisitions, de private equity, de financement, de marchés de capitaux et d’arbitrage international du cabinet. L’équipe conseille de grands fonds de private equity et de grandes entreprises, ainsi que des banques. Elle est récemment intervenue dans de nombreuses opérations importantes ; elle a ainsi assisté Verallia lors de son introduction en bourse pour un montant de 3,5 milliards d’euros.
