Sai is an international corporate and commercial lawyer with significant cross-border and technology transactional experience spanning industries, sectors, and continents. Sai is no stranger to leveraging technology in his own practice, using the firm’s online suite of deal-monitoring tools to increase transparency with his clients and to make even the most complex or document-intensive transactions more accessible along each step of the way, up through and until closing.

With more than a decade of experience practicing law, both on Wall Street and main street, and in the US and abroad, Sai is uniquely positioned to advise clients on domestic and cross-border corporate deals, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and technology transactions. In addition to counseling institutional investors and high net worth individuals throughout the US, the Middle East, and Asia, Sai’s entrepreneurial experience as founder of a boutique law firm allows him to understand the needs of small- and medium-sized enterprises, and emerging growth companies.

Prior to joining Seyfarth, Sai was based in Dubai, where he built a robust pipeline of corporate and commercial transactional clients for his prior firm. Beyond simply advising clients on international investments, this experience allowed him to facilitate deals and identify client synergies for continued growth. He brings this real-world experience dealing with foreign regulators, family offices, investment funds, and other institutions to his clients at Seyfarth, enabling him to provide productive insight on international business cultures and the adoption of divergent business practices.
