Mr. Ferrari is head of the Notarial Department in the firm and is also specialized in Commercial, Corporate and Tax Law providing sound and insightful legal advice to local and international companies. Similarly, he has represented companies in public calls for bids and in new undertakings, contributing his expertise in corporate and taxation issues, both at a national and international level. His in-depth practice includes financial transactions, loan structuring, real estate advice and notarial advice. During his professional career, he has worked at the Inter-American Development Bank, in Washington D.C. handling funding projects for Latin America. Mr. Ferrari also worked as a foreign attorney at Arnold & Porter, American law firm, at their offices in Washington D.C., where he provided counsel for global companies on Corporate and International Law. In 2010 and 2011 he served as Controller of the Board at Nuevo Banco Comercial S.A. As an academic, he was a Teaching Assistant of Private Law II at the Universidad de la República, Uruguay. In addition, he was also involved in the Legal English course taught at Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
