Marc concentrates his practice in the formation and operation of private investment funds, including buyout, venture, hedge, funds of funds and special focus funds. He also represents investment advisers to private equity funds on Advisers Act matters. Marc’s experience also includes transactions involving investment management firms and their principals, including spin-offs.

Prior to law school, Marc practiced as a Certified Public Accountant and Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
