Career

He has significant experience in the elaboration of procedural strategies, as well as sponsorship in judicial, arbitration and constitutional processes. Fausto leads, for example, the defense of the Peruvian State in an important case before the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

In the academic field, Fausto is a professor of the Procedural Law course at the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, for more than 30 years and is the author of several articles published in journals and specialized publications.
