He also provides advisory on the acquisition of goods and services through bids and tenders from the offer preparation phase to the presentation and contracting phase. Additionally, he assists in negotiations and formations of contract in general, companies’ acquisitions or sales and similar.

Sandro is Chairman of BANBIF, director of the Official Chamber of Commerce of Spain and Vice President of the Lima Chamber of Commerce. He has been Minister of Labor and Social Promotion, Director of the Central Reserve Bank of Peru, superintendant of SUNAT and Director of CONASEV.

He has been professor at Universidad de Lima, Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and Universidad del Pacífico.
