Career

Rossana has more than 15 years of legal experience, specializing in Corporate, Civil and Real Estate Law. She has extensive experience in the organization of companies, creation of branches, clearing of land titles, trade agreements, real estate transactions, including planning, consulting and administrative procedures, zoning, urban land uses parameters, as well as urban land improvement and detachment processes (separate registrations) necessary for the feasibility of the real estate projects.

She advises owners, real estate funds and investors, developers, construction companies, suppliers, contractors and subcontractors in all aspects related to the drafting and negotiation of the necessary contracts to implement their projects.

She has led different real estate operations, such as the planning and structuring of purchase and sale transactions, joint ventures, trusts, leases, constructions and/or various contractual instruments for the implementation of real estate projects, such as shopping centers, hotels, business centers, residential projects, processing plants and/or factories, among others.

Due to her active participation in local and international media specialized in real estate matters, she has been internationally recognized by international legal publications such as Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, and Legal Experts.

She has been a member of the steering committee of Women in the Legal Profession Peru (WIP Peru) since 2016 and a member of the “Rules of the Game Committee” of Women in the Legal Profession Peru (WIP Peru).

Author of “The Best Practices Guide”, winner of the 2019 Diversity Initiative of the Year Award by Latin Lawyer.
