He concentrates his legal practice in giving advice on financing operations, banking regulation and insurance regulation, and has wide experience in regulatory matters and general financial system transactions. He has been a counsel at Miranda & Amado since 2016. Before joining the firm, he was a member of Castellares Abogados Consultores from 2011 to 2016. He has over 25 years’ experience, mostly spent at BBVA Banco Continental (from 1985 to 2008), a leading Peruvian bank, where he was in the team responsible for leading various corporate processes. At present, he is serving as an independent director at the stock brokerage firm BBVA Bolsa Sociedad Agente de Bolsa S.A. (Continental SAB). Eduardo is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
