Claudia leads the Real Estate practice of the firm. Her practice focuses on comprehensive advice on real estate development in urban and rural areas; including legal physical sanitation, evaluation and negotiation processes in the acquisition of land and rights thereto, necessary permits and licenses to undertake real estate projects and those related to natural resource exploitation, the development of registration procedures and the constitution of guarantees. Likewise, she participates in the design, negotiation and execution of civil and commercial contracts; in the disputes related to the subjects of her practice. She has advised companies involved in different matters, in the real estate and land sector. Partner since 2013, she joined the firm as an associate in 2008.
