Her main practice focuses on advising on mergers and acquisitions in different industries, particularly in real estate. Such representation includes advice in the acquisition of local and foreign companies through different structures, including share purchase agreements, transfer of ongoing concerns and asset purchases, advice for financing such transactions and in the structuring, negotiation and enforcement of shareholder agreements. Partner at Miranda & Amado since 2013, she joined the firm as an associate in 2002. She was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York (2007 to 2008) and a consultant to the Inter-American Investment Corporation (2006 to 2007). Nathalie is a lawyer from Universidad de Lima with a Master in Law from Columbia University Law School. She has been a professor of the Master’s Program in Business Law at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC).
