Her professional practice focuses on structuring, negotiating and implementing transactions related to mergers and acquisitions, business reorganizations and financing transactions. Moreover, she has ample experience providing counsel to various corporations in designing, negotiating and performing commercial and civil agreements, as well as in matters related with corporate and commercial law. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2009. She worked as a foreign attorney at the Buenos Aires offices of Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi during 2015. Prior to that, she worked at Payet, Rey, Cauvi Law Firm (2007 – 2009) and at Telefónica del Perú S.A.A. (2005 – 2007).
