Lawyer from Universidad de Lima with a Masters in Law from Yale Law School. Partner since 2003, he is focused on the financial industry, for which it does regulatory work and all kinds of transactional work. Has participated in almost all cross border issuances by Peruvian banks, assisting foreign investment banks in structuring the first tier one hybrids, tier two subordinated notes and MT-100 securitizations and different structured instruments and derivatives. He is active on cross border offerings by the largest Peruvian corporates and almost all high yields (for approximately US$ 14 billion). Regularly assists Peruvian banks, including subsidiaries of global banks and banking regulatory matters.
