Juan Pulgar-Vidal has been promoted to Partner at CMS Grau after many years working in the Real Estate area and has solid experience in negotiation, acquisition, and land reorganization processes for investment projects, as well as in the prevention and management of conflicts. Likewise, he has experience in the definition of administrative and procedural strategies for the legal sanitation of predial properties and the accreditation of them in government entities.

Juan provides advice on land acquisition, title studies aiming to identify property ownership and assessments that affects the areas of interest, property registration, community development programs related to real estate, as well as non-profit projects. His global experience in Peru, Central America and Africa, in the management of large-scale projects, provide the expertise necessary for the management of rural projects in which our practice is specialized and is considered the best in the market. Juan has solid experience in inter-institutional and governmental relations, corporate social responsibility, acquisition and restructuring of property, as well as in the prevention and management of conflicts.

In addition, he has vast experience in dialogue platforms and participation processes with communities and informal miners, complex multi-stakeholder negotiations, communities’ relocation processes, alignment of interests, stakeholder mapping analysis, risk identification and analysis. Currently, he provides permanent legal advice to TGP and is in charge of restructuring the properties involved in La Arena and Shahuindo mine projects.
